We can not recommend Carolyn enough! She was the videographer for our wedding in August 2021. Leading up to the wedding, she was beyond professional and so detail oriented. Our pre-wedding FaceTime calls and questionnaires were so detailed that was helpful for my own planning and things I had missed or not thought of. I felt prepared and confident that Carolyn knew exactly what was happening on our wedding day and what was important for us to be captured. On our wedding day, she was attentive to detail, checked in with us throughout the night, and was flexible and adaptable. She worked so well with our photographer and DJ. We got so many compliments after the wedding about how sweet Carolyn was! The wedding video we received from Carolyn completely exceeded all our expectations!! She captured the entire day perfectly. The way she pieced together our video was unique and meaningful. We really appreciated the voice over moments of our vows and special speeches. We’ve lost track of how many times we watched our video, and our friends and family have all said it was the best wedding video they’ve ever seen! We are so grateful. We also received a video of our speeches and ceremony. The ceremony video was beautifully edited as well, with our ceremony song choices added into the video. We would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking for a unique, professional, meaningful and high quality video. One of our wedding guests has already booked her for their own wedding!

Carolyn was such a blessing to our wedding! From the start of the process she was excited, professional, organized, and caring. She made the planning a breeze, helping to plan the timeline and which shots we wanted. Even with a short notice and rescheduled wedding (covid) she was very accommodating and supportive. She attended the rehearsal and spoke to the venue to ask for lighting and scenery details. On the day of the wedding she was positive, friendly, and helpful; keeping the timing on track and ensuring I was happy with the content she was capturing. Several of my bridal party and family commented on how approachable and professional she was. The video is gorgeous! We are so happy to have that treasured memory captured. The feature film highlights all the ranges of emotions and moments from our day like our first looks, vows, speeches, as well as the natural scenery, with little touches like the birds chirping during the opening scenes. We also received full length versions of the ceremony and speeches which will be treasured forever. I highly recommend Carolyn’s videography services as she provides a top-notch quality of service throughout the entire process!

We didn’t plan on getting engagement photos and decided to capture the moment and Carolyn did such an amazing job.
She was professional and friendly from our first call to working with us through editing and selecting photos. WOW. Working with Carolyn Hicks productions was an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience in so many different ways. I worked with her to do a creative shoot for my brand photos and also ended up commissioning her to do an Engagement video for my sister and her fiancé as a surprise Christmas gift this year (2021). In both cases, Carolyn was able to make the whole process, from start to finish, comfortable, exciting, fun, collaborative and an overall fulfilling experience.
